IoT Solutions Group (IoTSG) today announced a partnership with Headland Solutions, a UK prop-tech consultancy and board advisory business led by John Osborn, to help social landlords move faster from reactive inspections to proactive, data-led risk management across housing stock.
Through the partnership, Headland Solutions will introduce IoTSG’s remote monitoring capabilities into senior housing and property conversations, supporting landlords to close strategic “insight gaps”, improve portfolio-level visibility, and strengthen evidence-based assurance as regulatory expectations on stock condition and damp & mould continue to rise.
Emma Mahy, CEO and Founder of IoT Solutions Group, said: “Social landlords are being asked to evidence decisions with objective data, not just respond after escalation. Working with Headland Solutions means we can reach the right stakeholders earlier and help landlords put continuous, real-time insight behind healthier homes, stronger compliance assurance and smarter investment decisions.”
John Osborn, Managing Director of Headland Solutions, said: “Boards and executive teams want technology that strengthens visibility across assets and portfolios, supports accountability and delivers value for money. IoTSG brings practical, proven remote monitoring that helps landlords identify risks earlier, target interventions better, and demonstrate outcomes. Ultimately improving services for residents while protecting organisational reputation and performance. I’m particularly impressed with IoTSG’s clear focus on outcomes.”
The partnership will focus initially on priority use cases for social housing, including early detection of damp and mould risk, validation of repair and retrofit outcomes, and improved evidence for decision-making and assurance reporting.
